Zauber built a Zoho-based operating platform for Sound and Vision, with custom development concentrated in Zoho People to fit its project- and vendor-driven workflow, connecting four Zoho applications into one coherent system.
Custom forms capture project timelines, tasks, and resource allocation, alongside vendor data and performance.
A custom function calculates vendor payments against predefined criteria, then generates Purchase Orders in Zoho Books with a single click.
Purchase Orders generate automatically from Zoho People, with clear tracking of expenses tied to vendor payments and project costs.
Invoicing runs against project milestones and vendor agreements for faster, more accurate billing.
Task assignments, progress tracking, milestone monitoring, and resource allocation keep every dubbing project on schedule.
Data from Zoho People, Books, and Projects feeds one analytics layer, with dashboards covering project performance, vendor management, and financial health.
